ANDY MACE (DAD/WINTHROP/REPORTER)
Andy joins the company of Legally Blonde direct from the Original London Production of Wicked at the Victoria Apollo Theatre where he appeared as Dr Dillamond and The Wizard.
Previous West End Credits include The Woman in White at the Palace Theatre as understudy to Sir Percival Glyde and Les Miserables as The Bishop if Digne; Rent at The Prince of Wales Theatre; The Full Monty, in which he played Teddy and understudied/played the lead role of Jerry Lukowski; Radet in Napoleon (Shaftesbury Theatre); Martin Guerre (Prince Edward) in which he understudied/played Guillaume and Father Dominic and the original London Production of Rent (Shaftesbury Theatre), where he played Steve and understudied/played both Roger and Mark.
Other Theatre Credits include A Midsummer Night’s Dream; Aeneas in Troilus and Cressida; and Frank/Coles in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes all at the Open Air Theatre Regents Park. Andy played Riff Raff in the UK tour of The Rocky Horror Show, and has taken part in several workshops, including The Elephant Man and Theatre of Dreams a new musical about Manchester United in which he played the lead role of Sir Matt Busby.
Andy is also a busy Voice-Over Artist, and has recorded many varied voices over the last few years, including several characters in the Cartoon Series Hellz Kitchen (Bravo Television); Finest Hour for BBC1 and too many commercials to mention. It has been said that Andy’s face is ideal for this kind of work, but that’s just an opinion.
